We're looking for a Founding CTO who...
-- Has been a key tech player on a Facebook game with 500K+ MAU
-- Writes code at the Star, Superstar or Demigod level
-- Commands a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development
-- Can balance writing code for core technology and supporting additional engineers
-- Can recommend thresholds on bandwidth, speed, storage etc. and explain the tradeoffs to non-technical peers
-- Communicates clearly and thoughtfully, both orally and in writing
-- Can research and recommend vendors and partners for monetization, hosting, tools/middleware, etc.
-- Expects to be respected by everyone on the team and treats them the same way
-- Leverages the strengths of Agile development, or wants to do so
-- Enjoys building and evolving online titles
-- Works great in cross-disciplinary brainstorms
-- Is "the person you'd want with you on the desert island."
