Research Project

From: Darren M.

I received this email and thought it might be of interest to some of you since there is a lot of research on homes with straight women and lesbians, but much less on homes with just a dads.    If interested, please contact him directly.

Hi Dads,

I work in higher education and I know an undergraduate at Mills
College who is seeking fathers who parent without a female/mother
figure in their children's lives for a research project. I will be
participating and suggested to the researcher that I could reach out
to this group to seek others. If you, or someone you know, would be
interested in participating in this research, please let me know and
I will put you/them in contact with Maya. Besides, partnered and
single gay dads, straight, bi, and other father-identified parents
would be appropriate interview subjects so please post and forward
this email widely. Thank you--I look forward to passing on
interested fathers' contact info.

Best wishes,
