Welcome James & Reb, thanks for joining! Too bad about the gym you go to not having a platform. That's frustrating! As for learning the lifts, thanks for the ExRx.net tip. I guess that being in Alameda, you wouldn't be interested in Marin gyms, but if you know anyone interested in Olympic lifts over here in Marin, please send them this way! :)

Welcome to the NY2KC group! We look forward to meeting you in January. The tentative date is Jan 18th, but we'll post it as soon as we get all the details. Sorry about Thanksgiving. We would have loved to have you over, but we will be going to my in-laws with the whole family. Happy Thanksgiving.

Ya know- just so happens our adult kids are not with us this yr so we just made reservations-the 2 of us at Figlios on the Plaza- want to join us there- great buffet. Alan can change the reservations to 4.
