I know that this is in clear violation of our communication policy, but I'm going to say it anyway, because I truly believe in this amazing opportunity.
As you probably already know, I work for a company called Marakana, and we are looking for Java experts to join our team. Just another unsolicited job posting? Yes. Just another boring overhyped job? Definitely not!
Here's the deal. Marakana's mission in life is to help people get better at what they do professionally, and we do this by organizing/supporting tech communities (like this one), running software training classes, as well well as publishing what we learn along the way. Our focus is on open source software.
We are looking for Java experts to join our team, where they get paid to learn newest and coolest open-source technologies, share the results of their research, make a name for themselves, speak at user groups and conferences, provide leadership to tech communities, and travel the world teaching some of the brightest software engineers on the latest OSS languages, stacks, frameworks, and best practices.
We are eager to develop our talent. For more info or to apply check out: http://mrkn.co/f/434
