It was great to meet and get to know some of the regular members of this group. I hope to participate going forward.

In Ch 6, it was fascinating to learn that coming across new information in itself can activate pleasure centers.
For me, it was an interesting "meta" moment. I perceived pleasure by this new information ....and this new information was about pleasure evoked by new information :-)
Looking forward to the discussion this Sunday.

I'm currently on Ch. 4, but I should be done by Sunday at 4:30. I love your explanation of Ch 6, lol

I am new to the group and look forward to attending these monthly meetings. I'm sorry to miss this one. Good friends are getting married the same day, so it was overly ambitious of me to think I could also attend a book meetup. I look forward to meeting you and to the next discussion.
