I'm really sorry I can't make it. I've enjoyed attending Netsquared Meetups this year. I'd love to see a variety of formats in the coming year, including some that really encourage discussion and plain ole' getting to know one another. Also, some meetings closer to Silicon Valley or Santa Cruz would be great.

Richard LandrySarah, thanks for putting this together. As an older white male sitting in the front row, I became increasingly conscious of how we were dominating the discussion. This is just encouragement to try to bring to the forefront some of the norms that organizations are using-- openspace, unconference, etc --to cut through this kind of stuff and help establish a new culture for communicating together.
