Net Tuesday, feat. Mike Linksvayer

  • June 13, 2006 · 6:00 PM

Every month, social changemakers and web innovators meet congregate in a shared effort to find ways to bring the social web to nonprofits and NGOs worldwide.

June 13th will be the first Net Tuesday after the NetSquared Conference, , and we're bringing it home to CompuMentor, where NetSquared began. Join us at 322 Ritch St. in SOMA, to get re-acquainted, share ideas, skills and plans.
We'll have wifi, food and drinks, all for free, but you know it's really about the people.

Mike Linksvayer of Creative Commons will come and talk briefly about sustainable culture and answer questions from attendees.

As one-time Net Tuesday speaker Seth Mazow recently wrote in a netsquared blog - http://www.netsquared...

"I want to see Net Squared continue to be small, regardless of whether there is more big. A big conference once in a while is fine, but I think the focus should be on creating small communities in lots of places where we can really get to know each other...Let’s keep the Net Tuesday events rolling..."

Hope to see you there!
