Working in an agency that's pushing for an equal-access community for all abilities, I'm most excited for the services we offer and the positive role we play in the lives of our participants and in our community. Currently geeking out on systems and processes to expand our capacity to provide quality service and efficiently collect information, the thing that remains the most exciting is the direct support our staff deliver.
Currently, I don't think any one tool is most effective for all-nonprofits.
