Check this out! This hack night is cosponsored with the new Tinderbox meetup. Check out Tinderbox for additional information about our hack nights and other events. There are more RSVPs slots over there.
Tinderbox and nReduce are teaming up to bring you an awesome hack night. There will be food, drink, the opportunity to showcase your product, and lots of space to hack.
Tinderbox is an open playground for bay area designers, hackers, and product people. nReduce is a group of start-up hacker-founders obsessed with building high quality products. It's a great combination.
We have 6 slots for Product Showcases and sign-ups are open now. Each slot is 15 minutes long, 10 for a presentation/demo and 5 for Q&A. To sign up, send an email to Christian ([masked]) and Erin ([masked]) with 140 chars about your product. Projector and sound are available for presenters.
We are technology agnostic. However, we're most familiar with and will be the most help with Ruby, JavaScript, and Objective-C (iOS).
We'll kick off with a very brief daily-style intro where everyone gives their name, says what they're working on and whether or not they want a hand... then we'll get our hack and showcases on. There will be at least a couple Carbon Five folks around to help out.
Doors open at 6p, kick-off at 6:30, doors close at 9:45. We'll provide the infrastructure, food, beverages and some helpful hands.
Thanks for coming and big props to all of the folks who showed off their products! See you at the next event.
Heads up! Our hack night will remain on the SF Ruby calendar, but we're only taking RSVPs over at the Tinderbox (http://www.meetup.com/tinderbox...
) group now.
