I am in Vancouver Canada. Im coming to India to Mumbai. I am already a rails programmer although not advanced. I am interested in finding out where in Mumbai or Pune I can find expert rails programmers to either tutor me on a rails project I am working on or contract parts of it.

Are there tuitions or classes available in Pune? Or is there a place where I can advertize to reach other rails programmers who might be interested in a project over August?

Hi Guatam,

I am just only one year old in Rails. I recently started exploring Rails3 I have done couple of projects in Rails. I want to talk about Rails integration with the next generation RIA web frameworks like Flex and ExtJS etc.. which may excite some of the audience. Because its completely new and many of developers are not exploring in that area because all of them are getting used the traditional HTML kind of stuff... Please let me know your comments on this....
