Thanks for the interest in hosting a Proto Night! I posted what we look for on my profile, since others have asked for the same thing. The main points are: - Are in SOMA, Downtown, or Mission - Have room for 18 pairs (36 people) - Are willing to pay for Pizza and drinks - Have public wifi.

Hey Dante, thanks for joining the group. Welcome. It is only the beginning, but I am exited to meet other compassionate bakers and see what fruits come from getting together. I am just now trying to come up with a date for the first meetup. I live in the North Bay, but I am wondering if it should be in SF to better accommodate others. What would be best for you?

I would actually say that anyone is welcome and you should totally try one out.
Additionally there are many beginner meetup nights that are very welcoming.
