I'm trying to gauge the amount of interest in a whole weekend of Ruby - probably around Feb 21-22, 2009. The KOA campground in Petaluma was suggested as a possible venue. The cost for a cabin there (4 person occupancy) is $14 per night. There's WiFi and a conference room. Food can be BYOF, catered (additional cost), or walked/driven to. We can also do this in San Francisco, but I don't know of a suitable venue. All ideas and suggestions are welcome.

Help us choose event locations. It it more important to be close to transit, or to have lots of easy parking?
