Story Game Night

Story games are about working together to build an interesting story, in one session with no advance prep. Fiasco is one example (linked below) which we've had a lot of fun playing.

No experience with this kind of game is needed! All you need is a willingness to try something new.

I have three options to bring. If you have others, please bring them. Each of the ones I have, listed below, takes 2-3 hours to play. We'll see what people are in the mood to try and make a group decision on which one to play.

We had a lot of fun. We played Microscope, which is about building a story through piecing together a chronology. The story we started (and decided to continue next week) is about an ancient dark power sweeping across a society. Most of what we came up with centered around political strife between those trying to take advantage of the power and others who embrace the old ways.
