Labor Day Gaming at The Complex in Scarborough

Labor Day Special!  The Complex is open all day on Monday, and with thunderstorms in the forecast, BBQ is unlikely, so I am upping the start time for anyone who might want to be there early and have more than time enough to break out the really long games.

If you have a need to squeeze one more board game night in, The Complex in Scarborough has a board game night on Mondays at 5:30. Great big tables for those larger than life board games.  So bring your games and meet us at The Complex.
Directions (GPS): Use "1 Queens Drive".  The Complex is just before that street.
Directions (from North/Northeast): go South on Route 1, past the marsh, through the 3 lights after the marsh (past Rite Aid and the gas station / Dunkin Donuts).  A little less than 1/2mile later, you'll go past a blinking yellow light, a little bit later you'll see Chaba Thai on the left, The Complex is on the right shortly after that (look for the yellow sign after the stereo place), same lot as the Shaker furniture place.
Directions from South/West: go North on Route 1, past Funtown/Splashtown, through OOB until the speed limit drops down from 45 to 35 and you go down a dip in the road.  The Complex will be on your left a little after you come out of the dip, same lot as the Shaker furniture place.

I got to play each of the games I brought. That's good because they're all on my 10 x 10 Geek challenge list(s). And in every game I played today there were no AP players. Super!

Thanks, Megan, for your nice words. No gaming in New Hampshire today, so I'll be in Scarborough. That will be four days of gaming in a row. Yippee!

Does anyone want to teach Le Havre? I bought it because I thought I should own a copy, but I haven't played it yet.

I wish I could be there, because I love Le Havre and would enjoy teaching it, but unfortunately I have other obligations.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
