Our Vision: To enable those diagnosed and affected by Borderline Personality Disorder* to abandon black-and-white thinking, EMBRACE this emotion dysregulation disorder, and THRIVE in SHADES OF GREY.

*As well as other mood and personality disorders such as anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder.

Have you or a loved one been diagnosed with BPD? Life with this mental illness is often black-and-white, chaotic, overwhelming, and geared towards mere survival.

Our goal is to THRIVE in Shades of Grey:

Find and receive support from others with BPD, loved ones of BPDs, and professional resources.

Attend discussion groups. Participate in online seminars and courses.

Enhance emotion regulation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Locate a therapist and/or coach specializing in BPD.

Shades of Grey initiatives 'EMBRACE' BPD:

E mphasize Education

M ake Treatment a Priority

B uild Awareness

R educe Stigma

A dvocate for Reform

C reate Community

E nhance our Relationships

With these goals, together we enable those diagnosed with and affected by BPD to not just survive, but THRIVE.
