6th Annual World Naked Bike Ride in St. Louis 2013

Come bare as you dare for the 6th annual World Naked Bike Ride in St. Louis, an event protesting oil dependency, raising awareness of cyclist rights and vulnerability on the road, and advocating positive body image. Join us for a pre-ride Festival and Rally from 6 to 8 p.m., featuring live music from She Devil, live art, live body-painting from local artist Timothy Wagner and more, an expo of cycling, environmental and body positive organizations and businesses, bike decorating, speakers and more.

Riders will depart at 8 p.m. for a 10 mile loop around the city before ending in the Grove for a post-ride party sponsored by HandleBar and Atomic Cowboy.

Kim/ Patrick.....I went last year...it's as naked as you want to be. There are totally naked people. Both sexes. There are clothed people, there are people at all stages in between. There are also costumed people, and bicycles. The police don't bother you, in fact, at different points, they block intersections for the riders. Last year they closed off the Grove area afterwards, and people continued in their nakedness, unhindered. It's really just goofy fun. Hope that helps.

As bare as you dare :-) I saw a perfectly muscled man biking with nothing but a tall boy on his "ahem....man parts" last year. BEAUTIFUL!

I need to ask a newbie question - how naked is the naked bike ride?

We often meet before for food and occasionally after for drinks. Any suggestions?
