Last Saturday, people thought that "A Midsummer Night's Dream" would be rained out. It wasn't, though we all got a bit cold.
This Saturday presents new considerations: possible 90-something degree temperatures, AND the special added attraction of the Blue Angels roaring above our sweating heads.
So far, we're not seeing many cancellations, so I'm planning on going ahead with "Verily, A New Hope." The place we meet, N of the Museum, is quite deeply treed and shady, and I hope people will remember to stay hydrated, use sunscreen, etc.
Last week, someone asked if scripts would be provided. No, sorry. This is not an "open-source" work, so you must buy, borrow, or check out the copy you use at the reading.
I hope to see you there.
