Which plays most excite your interest?

This is hard. I've been working on a project centered around The Tempest for a while. Hamlet, Macbeth, Henry VI... Right now I'm mostly fascinated by themes of madness and vengence.

What characters, or types of characters would you like to read? Clowns, Kings, Queens, Rogues, Saints, Soldiers, Rioters, Traitors, Knights, etc

Currently fascinated by "the mad ones"--Joan la Pucelle especially at the moment--and avengers. No gender preference. Characters whose text is visceral and raw. But really, I'm happy READING just about anything. More interested in the opportunity to hear the texts as a whole than read a specific character (but if the opportunity to read Joan comes up, I call it!).

I just graduated from WWU with a degree in theatre and myth. I cut my acting teeth on Shakespeare, and the dream is to work professionally performing and even teaching classical theatre. I'd love to keep my hand in reading with this group!
