Happy Birthday, Will Shakespeare!

  • April 15, 2014 · 7:00 PM
  • The Mason Residence

Shakespeare will be turning 450 and spring will finally be here (one would hope…)! What better way to rejoice than by reading the ever magical A Midsummer Night's Dream. Invite your friends and bring a drink or dish to share if you like and come on out! Don't forget to bring your copy of the play. Our meetups will now be convening on the third Tuesday of each month.

I'm really frustrated I can't make this one especially since I missed the last one, too. However, I'll be in Wisconsin that night. Have fun, all, with one my favorite comedies by the Bard.

is there a place to park on the street.....how many minutes earlier should the guests arrive?

We're meeting at my home in a neighborhood in Joliet. There's no shortage of street parking. Seven o' clock is just the time at which we meet. You can show up on the dot, a few minutes before, a few minutes after... This is a very casual get-together. There's no pressure! We wait for everyone who RSVPd to show up before we start, and if something arises in which you are running late or can't make it, you can always leave a message here and we'll see it immediately.
