This is an intermediate-level workshop, focussing on journeys and ceremonies for healing and releasing, work that you can do on your own behalf for well-being and healing. Bonus: lots of journeying, drumming, rattling, discussion, discovery.
This workshop is for those who have already learned the basics of journeying (i.e. in the Beginning Shamanism workshop). Here you’ll have repeated opportunities to journey and then journey some more, each time with different specific goals, themes and intentions, including:
•Releasing old ties and baggage
•Healing the wounds of old relationships
•Clearing away resistance to healing and well-being
•Opening to creative interaction with our spiritual allies
•Creating personal ceremonies to honor Spirit and bring ourselves into better balance
•and plenty more, as you learn practices of “spiritual maintenance” for personal well-being and healing, and increased spiritual connection.
Prerequisite: Reasonably good journeying skills.*
Saturday and Sunday, May 24 & 25, 2014
(Doors at 9:30 am) 10am - approx. 5:30pm both days
Cost: $120-$150 (self-determined sliding scale). A deposit of $50 reserves your place; it can be paid here via PayPal (just confirm your intention to attend and you'll be redirected to a PayPal link) or contact me for other deposit-paying options. Workshop groups are small, for plenty of interaction and personalize attention.
Teacher: Renna Shesso. This workshop uses practices that have helped sustain and strengthen me for over two decades. They're brought joy and connection, and even helped save my life. For more information about shamanism and/or my training background and experience, please glance over my webpages.
*About your journey skills: We can’t guarantee how effectively or smoothly we’ll journey 100% of the time (NO ONE can!) but before registering for these workshops, please confirm within yourself that you’re having reasonably consistent success with getting into your journeys, meeting your Guides, receiving useful information from them, and then clearly returning from the journey and putting the information to use.
