Come join in this one-day workshop, Saturday April 14, 10AM-5PM, and be introduced to shamanism, the healing practice found in all indigenous culture. The shamanic journey is a dream-like experience done in an altered state induced by drumming which anyone can learn to do. The purpose of the journey is to meet with helping spirits who provide healing and information for us, others, and the planet. This workshop includes how to create sacred space, an initiation into shamanic journeying, and a discussion on types of shamanic healing. This is an experiential workshop, so come and experience what it is like to have direct divine revelation! After taking this workshop, you are welcome to join the shamanic journey group that meets montly in Lafayette.
