Come learn the Way of the Ancient Healers

Learn to practice ancient healing and energy wisdom adapted for the contemporary shaman

Meet other Earth-loving people to discuss and learn about cross-cultural shamanism, healing and metaphysics. During our gatherings, we'll explore the use of shamanic techniques for healing both personally and on a global level. We'll recommend and read books (maybe even a shamanic book club??), participate in a drumming circle, learn about shamanic journeying, explore past and future lives, and much more!

This group was originally founded to learn more about Shamanism and so we explore all facets of shamanism, particularly from a cross-cultural perspective.  We also explore healing and metaphysics, including shamanic consciousness, quantum physics, topics such as fate vs destiny, divination, the use of nature's gifts like essential oils and crystals for healing purposes. 

Whether you are new to shamanism or interested in deepening your practice, you'll find many programs here to support your journey.  There are activities for various healing modalities, and gatherings to explore metaphysical topics over coffee or in circle.

Our meetings include short classes and long workshops, social gatherings and formal events.  We welcome all those interested in learning more about what is reality and how we create it every day.

If shamanic training is of interest to you, there are many educational programs offered, as well as longer mentoring programs and apprenticeships.  There are frequent guest presenters, and we welcome your input on folks who would like to contribute their knowledge and wisdom to the group!

What we ask from you:

1.  Suggest days and times that would be helpful for you to meet with like-minded folks from the San Diego County area.

2. Let us know what your particular interests are so we can make them available and to help us search out practitioners and facilitators who can contribute their expertise on those topics.

3.  Recommend teachers and wisdom keepers who would like to contribute their knowledge to the group.

About Your Group Organizer:

Dr. Liana Carbón is a Renaissance healer with over 28+ years of training in the healing arts, including shamanic and energy medicine practices.  She is a certified Master Practitioner in Energy Medicine and Luminous Healing from the Four Winds Society, a Visionary Healer, Shamanic Spirit Coach, Author, Teacher and Spiritual Director who assists those struggling to retain balance during stressful times, and helps them create a life that is happy, abundant and successful.  Liana is an Ordained Minister and Earth Steward, a member of the World Association of Holistic Shamans, and a founding member of the Society of Shamanic Practitioners.

Liana travels nationally and international conducting mentoring programs in shamanism and energy medicine.  In addition to offering shamanic training, Liana is available for private healing sessions, consultations, spiritual coaching, archetypal counseling, and all life ceremonies and rites of passage. She offers telephone consultations, as well as in-person sessions in San Diego, CA.
