Stroller Strides is the country's largest fitness program for new moms. Classes offer a stroller workout that combines Power walking/jogging and intervals of body toning using the stroller, the environment and exercise tubing. This is a great way to get in shape, meet other new moms and have fun with your baby. We also have weekly Plum Moms' playgroups and monthly Mom's night out.
