Get ready for the weekend with Shimmy Jam on Thursdays: stretch, dance, sweat, & rekindle your inner sensual diva.
Wear comfortable work-out clothes, (such as bike pants or yoga pants with a sports bra or tank top) so you can see the movement in your arms, torso, legs, and feet. Bring a towel and a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.
We generally dance barefoot, so you don't even need shoes for the class. A scarf to tie around your hips helps. Coined & fringed hipscarves will be available for use & purchase in class.
