So now I want more! With the Show Me The Fitness meetup group I’m not only going to do boot camps, but also fitness events, hikes and different events related to fitness, health and weight loss. 

 

I’ll also be posting my hikes as well. I’m the organizer of Adventure-Us, where we do A LOT of  fun, active stuff, so I’ll be cross posting some of those event here too.

The Show Me the Fitness Boot Camp is an exercise program that incorporates strength training, cardio, flexibility, agility and core training to deliver the best workout. What is a Fitness Boot Camp? 

Fitness Boot Camp is a group-based exercise program designed to burn fat, tone muscle,
and whip you into shape as fast as possible. A variety of calisthenics, resistance training
and cardiovascular exercises melts fat off your body and strengthens muscles.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

   

Just like the military, we use group dynamics to motivate and inspire you to achieve your at-loss and fitness goals. Unlike the military, we DO NOT use verbal abuse or intimidation factors to push you past your physical limits. Boot Camp routines stimulate fat burning and increase your metabolism for long-term

What to Expect:   

In the boot camp I will push you to YOUR limit. That means I will encourage you to go as far as you can, but will never try to push, yell or force you to do more than you can do. So don't worry, I will never call you "maggot". Unless you want me to...  

:)  

If you are a beginner, you will get a workout that will can keep up with, and if you are in great shape we'll push you as far as you can go!
