     I am still impressed with the intelligence and courage of the SHSNY community. I hope to attend future waffle breakfasts. Often the movies and lectures are relevant and timely. But this book review group? There's something intolerant, hostile, chaotic and competitive about it that is not fun.

Having Susan Jacoby speak is a perfect example of that, I'm glad we have people like her in America that champion reason over rhetoric, intelligence over ignorance.
