For runners who wish to include track and interval training into their program to help improve their speed and running economy whilst working within a group of similar standard athletes.  This group is NOT for people seeking a walk to run program. Minimum requirement is to be able to run at least 5km in under 30mins (ie 6 per km) before attempting our challenging runs in a friendly and social environment.
