For distance runners and triathletes looking to include VO2max and threshold training into their programme. This group is NOT for people seeking a walk to run programme. Our evening training sessions cater for those that run 5k between 15:00 and 30:00 minutes. Slower runners are, however, more than welcome at East Coast Park parkrun on Saturday mornings.
It is essential that you contact us before attending our Monday or Wednesday night track sessions for the first time. We will turn away newcomers that have not done so.
It is also essential that you bring a watch with lap function to every training session so that you can monitor your pace and improvement over time.
