As of Nov. 15th, I have the Menu and Price. (scroll down). As of Oct. 28th!(2:50 PM). I just spoke with Giusto and told him the preference dates sent in by the membership. He agrees to have the Meetup on Tuesday, November 27th.
Giusto (owner of Cacio e Vino is also a pastry-chef). He will demonstrate for us how a CASSATA CAKE is made. At the end of the dinner we will have a CASSATA dessert that he will have made earlier!
