Sierra Club exists to: Explore, Enjoy, and Protect the Planet. Which one, or more, are you most interested in, exploring, enjoying, or protecting? And why?
My number one priority is protecting, even though by hiking I also enjoy and explore.
Sierra Club functions by allowing volunteers to run things. Are you more interested in participating in, helping out a leader, or leading our activities, activism, and/or advocacy?
I need to learn about local activities, therefore I would help a leader. I am interested in activism.
Are you a Sierra Club member? (If you are, then you receive the Sierra Magazine. In Colorado, you also receive the Rocky Mountain Chapter's printed/mailed Peak and Prairie newsletter.)
I am a Sierra Club member.
Suggest some activities, activism, and advocacy topics that you'd like to see us offer, so long as it fits with our mission to Explore, Enjoy, and Protect the Planet.
I wold like to see an updated web page. I have no idea how active the local group tends to be or what their activities are.
I am a life member of the Sierra Club and just moved to Boulder from Los Alamos, NM, where I was active in club activities.
