A great, if at times unruly, session! I appreciated Steve teaching us the technical difference between horseshit and bullshit. It was also good to learn from Ted that the iPad is 100% TDD, and Tarang let us know that CERN is all 100% TDD as well.

Good, rambling conversation about Lean and Agile. Sets the stage nicely for follow-up discussions on Lean.

My a-ha! moment at this particular meet, was when I realized (heard from Jeff) that you know you're doing lean if you're getting the right results, and not so much because you're following a certain ritual.
