Let the Beginner Track voting begin. Here is this year's voting board for the Beginner Track:

VOTING
=====
It's easy. Find the videos you want to watch together, click the "+1" to the left, and you have voted. There are no limits on the number of votes for videos.

These are the ONLY VIDEOS we will be choosing from tomorrow. This is the BEGINNER Track. So, if you're looking for a more advanced talk, that's not tomorrow. Please leave room for the beginners tomorrow. (But, stay tuned and we'll do advanced sessions too).

BEGINNER TRACK TOMORROW
====================
The beginner track starts tomorrow morning at 10:30 am. Details are here:

VOLUNTEERS TRADE
=============
Also, since I'm short of volunteers, I am going to make a proposal. I can't afford to pay volunteers in cash (this has already cost me a very pretty penny for projector, pizza, possible chair rentals, etc.) (Donations *will* be accepted... even begged for :)

Since I can't afford to hire a Task Rabbit, I will make an equal exchange. For every volunteer hour that I get tomorrow (Saturday) helping to make this work, I will give an equal hour in instruction. For example, if you'd like to know more about Django, Mongo, PEP8, TDD, etc., I will help you learn that. This has to be approved first, so talk to me if you are interested in the offer.

ATTENDANCE
=========
I've been going *NUTS* with planning the attendance. We split this into multiple sessions so we could have room for people. Our meeting location only holds 30-50 people. But, people aren't updating their RSVP to not going. This will *only* be the videos on this list tomorrow:

So, *please* *please* *please* *please* change your RSVP to no if you aren't going. We don't have the chairs or space for 153 people. We expect closer to 30 or 40 (and that's the most that we can handle). If that's wrong, tomorrow's going to be a fiasco -- so please be patient and understanding if it is.

If there really is this much demand, heck, we'll do it again so everyone can attend one. But, we can only hold 30-50 people tomorrow. Please update your RSVP (right now):

THANK YOU
========
This really is just a bunch of friends watching videos together (videos we could watch at home if we wished). It's very much an "Open Spaces" kind of format -- so it'll be what you make it. Thank you for your patience as we have rearranged this *so* many times in the past because of space limitations/problems getting space.

Without your patience, I would be in a padded room right now....

Kindest Regards,

Glen Jarvis

Hi Glen,

I'll be around for about two hours tomorrow -- I can help as needed.
