You really just need to link to this page:{URL TO SHARE}&t={TITLE}

There are some javascripts out there that can pull the current pages url and title automatically too.

Hi all,

I'm trying to add a Facebook "share" button on my app, using the Facebook.streamPublish method ( but every Google query takes me to a "build your Facebook app", most pointing to Facebooker. However, that's not what I want to do, for now. So, question is: do I need to build a "facebook app" to be able to add a "share" button on my app?? It seems to me that it shouldn't be the case, but I've been wrong before!

Let me know if you know what I need to know.... and please share! Thanks much.
