I don't usually respond to the list as I have very little extra time  
during a day.
But I do agree with Jon. It seems like I spend more wasted time  
reading recruiting threads on this list than stuff that is of real  
value to developers. I joined the list for development only. If I  
wanted to hear from recruiters then I would have joined a job list.
