Ruby mobile application developers

As some of you know from previous presentations to this group, we're the makers of the open source Rhodes smartphone app framework (which contains the first mobile Ruby implementations for all smartphones including iPhone) and the open source RhoSync sync server.?? We also provide a hosted service for smartphone app development called RhoHub as an easy way to write Rhodes-based apps.
We're getting a lot of traction from large enterprises licensing our framework and sync server.?? Although our business is selling commercial licenses, and we prefer that customers are completely self-sufficient, most of our larger customers (several in the Fortune 50) want some level of direct development assistance from us.? We're looking for more mobile app developers to write smartphones apps in Rhodes for and with these customers.???
Although we pay well, we are still small enough (about a dozen people) that we have significant opportunities for equity participation.? We're also open to contract gigs for the right people.?? Generally work will need to be done onsite at our offices next to Apple in Cupertino.? We're looking for: deep Ruby knowledge, a highly collaborative work style, great communications skills, previous contributions to open source and a demonstrated interest and aptitude for mobile app development.? If interested drop us a line with pointers to previous work.
