Hi everyone. Some of you may know me as the developer of Newsforwhatyoudo.com <http://newsforwha...; , a social news site written in Ruby. I'm looking for an experienced Facebook Connect developer to work with me for a few weekends helping craft the site's Facebook integration. Naturally you guys came to mind.
What I'd like to do is leverage your experience with the Facebook API, but I'll be doing the coding while you provide guidance and critique my code. This involves 10 - 20 total hours of work, initially a few hours of pair programming in person or by phone/IM over the weekend to set the direction. Then async Q&A via email. I'm offering $125 an hour. You must have at least two Facebook apps that I can see in production, and one of those must be Facebook Connect. You're familiar with Facebook's recent API changes. You're also good with both Ruby and Javascript. You can be anywhere, as long as you're available weekends and few hours weekday evenings (PST), so it might be a good fit for someone who just wants to earn some extra cash to buy a new iPad while doing another job. Yes, you know you want one, I do.

If anyone is interested (or can recommend someone who is) please shoot me an email with links to apps you have done, some code samples, and some info about yourself.

Thanks

Logan Henriquez
