Good question. I looked a while back and didn't find many CMS. Redmine
seemed pretty good and now seems to be gaining traction. But its not really a CMS like Drupal or Joomla. Its more like Trac.
I just did a quick refresh and it looks like there is a lot more about Ruby-based CMS systems that there used to be:
I don't have any more info, but at least there seem to be more options. Please share your results with us!

Doing a quick search for Rails-based CMS systems, I don't stumble onto any definitive-looking comparison of the various choices.
So I'm wondering if any of you have thoughts about what you'd use if you wanted to build a personal website. Ideally it would allow you to make changes to the site directly (from a browser... WYSIWYG a plus), plus let you do arbitrary extensions as more complex requirements came up.
Support for iPhone-compatible content delivery would be real nice too, whether as part of the base system or as an extension.
