Good question. I looked a while back and didn't find many CMS. Redmine seemed pretty good and now seems to be gaining traction. But its not really a CMS like Drupal or Joomla. Its more like Trac.

I just did a quick refresh and it looks like there is a lot more about Ruby-based CMS systems that there used to be:
I don't have any more info, but at least there seem to be more options. Please share your results with us!

So I'm wondering if any of you have thoughts about what you'd use if you wanted to build a personal website. Ideally it would allow you to make changes to the site directly (from a browser... WYSIWYG a plus), plus let you do arbitrary extensions as more complex requirements came up.

Support for iPhone-compatible content delivery would be real nice too, whether as part of the base system or as an extension.
