We are an early stage consumer internet startup (food related) currently looking for top candidates for lead engineer/CTO to join the founder team.  Specifically, we are looking for full-stack RoR engineer who demonstrates strong capabilities in backend database development.  Attractive comp package (salary + equity) will be offered.  Work directly with co-founders; must be high quality-driven, can-do attitude.  Huge opportunity to lead a fast growing consumer internet startup.  Reference sites showing strong business logic and user interface design a big plus!

We are open to starting with a PT relationship moving on to FT. We are also open to having somebody who is not local initially but the person must be willing to relocate when the role becomes FT.
