Do you like hobby style board and card games?

Sure. My own personal criteria is that the game needs a good mix of luck and strategy. I never could stand pure strategy games like Chess or Go, but then again stuff too random where it feels like your decisions have little effect, say Talisman as an example, are a bit of a turn off as well.

What types of these games do you own that you could bring with the group to play

Fair question. While a fan of so many of these games, my current collection of board/card games is almost entirely virtual (I own most of the major iOS Euro board/card games of note). I still have a few physical games laying about, but I can't think of them off the top of my head right now (I will surely be expanding this in the near future).
