This seminar is a real eye opener! Helps to reinforce that prevention is more important than cure.
Thank you!

Congratulations on a wonderful and immensely enjoyable afternoon session!  I learnt a lot and the new knowledge has motivated me even more to continue my journey on healthy and ethical eating habits.

Thanks yeow! You made it simple and inspiring : ) would love to learn more about sprouting, youghurt making etc.
Would love to learn other techniques that ‘blend’ conventional cooking with your healthy methods as a means to ‘wean’ my family from unhealthy foods.

It’s a revision for me, and yeow has triggered me to re-start raw food again. Thanks yeow.
Very interested in sprouting, and ‘pandemic protection’ with ‘brain food’.
