metabolism, exercise and diet, this seminarprobes into the finer points of nutrition, food cravings, liver health... and how the compounding effects of toxins in our bodies contribute to excess weight. About the facilitator...
Yeow (Loh Yeow Nguan), the Senior Executive of Education and Outreach at Kampung Senang, has thrived on a plant-based diet for over 20 years. He has developed talks and educational programmes for schools and conducted numerous smoothie workshops for many institutions and private companies. His recent skin carotenoid antioxidant score of 85,000 is a testimony of how healthy this diet has been.

Proceeds go to support Kampung Senang Charity & Education Foundation's many community service projects for the needy and cancer prevention programmes.

    I'm looking for recipe on how to make brown rice milk? Do you have any workshop on this? My child only can drink brown rice milk as he's allergic to milk so he's been drinking packet brown rice milk. But I feel that it's rather expensive, so now trying to make my own. Any advise?
