Addicted to coffee and fried foods? Most of us know what healthy foods are but we continue our habit of consuming less-than-healthy foods…. Often, food addiction holds us back from optimal health and is an underlying factor of many health conditions. This session confronts our slavery to the palate and explores solutions so we can be empowered to be the master of our health.

About the facilitator...
Yeow (Loh Yeow Nguan), the Senior Executive of Outreach and Education and Outreach at Kampung Senang, has thrived on a plant-based diet for over 20 years. He has developed talks and educational programmes for schools and conducted numerous smoothie workshops for many institutions and private companies. His recent skin carotenoid antioxidant score of 85,000 explains why he has no need to see the doctor for illnesses for the last 17years.
Proceeds go to support Kampung Senang Charity & Education Foundation's many community service projects for the needy and cancer prevention programmes.
