Chinese language talk on: ''How does food affect your mood?"

If you find yourself irritable, fatigued, unfocused or even blue, it may be your diet. Join Mr Douglas Teo as he explores the relationship your diet has with the mood you experience from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective. 

The programme is conducted in Mandarin. 

Speaker’s Profile 

Mr Douglas Teo has been a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner since 2003. He also has clinical experience in Herbal medicine, Acupuncture, Rejuvenation and Acupressure. Mr Teo is also a member of Vegetarian Society (Singapore) is a non-profit, non-religious organisation founded in 1999. The Society’s main goal is educating the public about the many benefits of eating less or no meat.

    The TCM physician taught us the actual nutrition food and method of maintain our body system. A very good talk was conducted in the afternoon n has gained knowledge btw herbs n vegetarian food.
