Apr 16: Recap of 14 Apr meet at Annalakshmi

Hi everyone,

First of all, big thanks to Gary, Jeffrey and Ashley for finding the time to meet up despite such short notice on Monday. BTW, please let me know how you feel about these recap emails by voting here: http://vegetarian.mee...

Sheela from The New Paper met up with us and had a great chat about the meetup, how we managed to find the meetup, what we normally do during meets, etc. It really was quite an enjoyable experience and didn't feel like an interview in the slightest. She didn't take any pics during the meet and I also didn't bring my camera along this time, so unfortunately, no photo album for this meetup this time. More on this in another email soon...

We've also had a lively discussion on various issues while at Annalakshmi - investment strategies, hidden war relics in Singapore, the inflation and elections in Zimbabwe, the blog of Dilbert's author, and even how I managed to get my lost phone back. :-)

Here are some links to the issues discussed during the meetup (if you're not really interested in all these links, you can stop reading this email now :-))
