"Imagine Italy!" Cooking Class/Complete Wine Dinner!

This will be our fifth cooking class/wine dinner Event here and we LOVE them...plus they are a superb deal! We have loads of members who love cooking, tons of us love a good wine dinner...so let's combine them both for a perfect evening! Since the portions are humongous, many of us easily take home leftovers, too!

Chef Timothy Almy will be demonstrating his cooking techniques, while creating a fabulous "Imagine Italy Menu," AND sharing it with us every step of the way, all while sipping perfectly-paired wines! Tonight's menu includes:

• Tuscan-Style Flatbread Pizza with Trio of Italian Cheeses, Roma Tomatoes and Arugula*

• Traditional Pasta e Fagioli ["Pasta Fazool"] (Confetti pasta soup with Italian Northern Beans and Stewed Tomatoes)

• Tortellini Porcini with Peas, Porcini Mushrooms and Prosciutto

• Braised Chicken Florentine Stuffed with Tomatoes, Baby Spinach, Mushrooms and Parmesan Cheese

• Sea-Salt Caramel Pana Cotta (Italian-style custard drizzled with warm caramel)

All this (food, wine, tax, lessons, recipe booklet) for a total of just $40 already including our Event Fee! Tax is also included; only the gratuity is additional.
