Hi, Natalia! Thanks so much for joining! I was not sure if anyone would, so I am very excited to have our first meeting. I know you will bring a unique perspective, and if you can I hope you can share some Russian cuisine with us! My husband and I went to Russian Tea Time in Chicago a while back, and we just loved the food! I especially loved the spread which was made from beets and had a wonderful, sweet-sour flavor.
