Avoid ski traffic and relax at Indian Hotsprings!

This is the end of the day event for all those who went skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and XC skiing earlier!

Heck, join us even if you didn't come earlier--we'll let you!

We're going to try to work out a deal with Indian for a group rate--which we have been able to negotiate in the past.  It'll depend on the numbers of people we get to join up.

Cost? $2 plus your $16 (plus tax) entry to Indian Hotsprings. The main pool area is $16 per head. The main pool, private pools and caves close at 10:30.  Only the main pool is included in this deal, but for an extra charge (see website) you can go into the other areas before (pending availability). For lodging, they do have specials.

Though these photos don't show it, there's lots of seating areas.

What to bring for the hotsprings:

  • Flipflops.
  • swimsuit
  • Robe/Sweatsuit/loungewear. You'll walk from the pool area outside to campground, and it's not going to be warm! Even inside the facility, it can get a little cool on the walk to the changing areas and just hanging out—they rely on the 95 degree pool's radiated heat. If it's cold outside, the greenhouse can be a little chilly when you're out of the water.
  • You'll also want a water bottle in the hotsprings so you don't dehydrate.

Don't forget your towel! (it's generally not a bad idea to bring two towels)

Our event is for adults, but only those who act with grace, class, and tact. If you can't behave in public, this is NOT the event for you and you'll be going home duct-taped to the roof of the Magic Bus :)

NO creepy behavior.

No excessive drunkenness.

NO alcohol in the main pool.

No nudity (I shouldn't have to say this....but let's be safe.  Personally I don't care, but I am well-aware of how blindingly white I am, and thus have no desire to blind anyone and you should also have consideration for others.  The gender-segregated caves and private pools are clothing optional).

If you plan to stay overnight, and wish to find someone to split a room with, please post it in the conversation section!

If you're bringing up your RV, note it so you can coordinate parking with the others for any "after-parties"!

I see the cross country is the same time. I was hoping we could cross county and then hit the hot springs?
