Science and Fireworks: Sights and Sounds for Independence Day

Free demonstration about the science of fireworks held on the Memorial Union Terrace. I think it would be too hard to save tables and get one group together but feel free to attend. Dr. Shakhashiri puts on a fantastic show especially for kids! Show starts at 8pm but get there early to get a seat/table by the stage.

We didn't see anyone from the group, but Skyla & I loved the demonstration. It was awesome! We couldn't find a seat but had a perfect spot on the ground front & center. Sorry we couldn't Meet up with anyone from the group. Thanks for letting us know about it!

I was thinking the exact same thing... I had my eye out for you guys, but it was very crowded. Glad you had a good night. Hopefully we'll cross paths again soon.

I'm glad you and Skyla enjoyed the show and also glad there was no tornado siren! Hope to see you both again soon.

Bring as many people as you wish. I predict it will be crowded so get there by 7:15 or so.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
