1 (18.25 oz) package yellow cake mix (without pudding)
½ c. sugar
1 (6 oz) package instant chocolate pudding
1 c. vegetable oil
¼ c. vodka
¼ c. coffee-flavored liqueur
¾ c. water
Grease and flour 12 c. bundt pan. (Note: I used Crisco so it wouldn’t stick.) Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix at low speed for 1 min. and medium speed for 4 min. Pour into prepared pan. Bake until cake tests done with wooden pick (50-70 minutes).
Prepare glaze (1/2 c. powdered sugar and ¼ c. coffee-flavored liqueur; blend until smooth).
Let cake cool in pan 10-15 min. Invert onto wire rack or plate. Poke holes in cake with fork. Slowly pour glaze over cake. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
