It looks like there is enough interest to have two games of Bunco.
It's National Compliment Day! In honor of this auspicious occasion, join us for Bunco, where you can compliment others to your heart's content. ("That's a nice set of fives you've got there!")
Bunco is an easy dice game that anyone can learn to play in just a few minutes. And since players change seats after the completion of a round, it's a fun way to get to know your fellow Boomers. Each person puts $5 in the pot, which is divided at the end of the game between winners in several categories.
The event will be held at a private residence in Port Orchard. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided (BYOB if you want something stronger). The requisite munchies for each table will also be provided. We need a few volunteers to bring finger foods, so please put this in your RSVP if you're willing to help out.
Since the game is played in sets of four, there is a hard stop at 16. And if the event is full and you're willing to be called at the last minute in case someone can't attend, please put your name on the waiting list.
In case of snowy or icy roads, we will reschedule the event - please watch the site for updates.
